I have seen Jews protesting against Israel but i have yet to see a single Palestinian protesting against Hamas. The very fact that they celebrated oct 7th is enough for me to not care about them and their cause.

The reason I emphasized her Arab/Muslim origin was to make people see that the Jews are being attacked and blamed mainly by Muslims and their supporters just for being Jews. I guess that Nadia and other pro Palestinians would never protest against Muslim countries or their citizens in which people are really getting murdered on purpose, not as casualties as happens in Gaza, but on purpose, such as in Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan etc. Their own Muslim leaders have murdered their own citizens! But it's easy to protest against Jews, who have only one Jewish country, and who are threatened daily for the past 100 years in Israel with terror attacks. Read some history!

Notice how the interviewer asks her to share her take on whats going on in campus and she immediately begins advocating for the human rights of people in Gaza When the interviewer asks him to talk the question is “share how your experienced was being attacked at uni” and he talks about how people yelled hateful things at him. Not that THAT is okay but this issue really isn’t about HIM. Shouldn’t the question be the same for both of them ?

I remember sitting in a class about the Soviet Central Asian republics about 33 years ago. We got off topic and started talking about Israel and Palestine. The professor asked me what would I do to solve the conflict. I said if I had that answer I'd be teaching the class while sitting next to my Nobel Peace Prize. Right now, all I can see happening is a cease fire from both Israel and Hamas, release any hostages who are still alive, and go back to the negotiation table. Israel doesn't want a one state solution with Palestinians, the Palestinians don't want to share the territory with the Jews in a two state solution, and one of Hamas' key objectives in the destruction of Israel. It's also partially devolved into a proxy way between the US and Iran through military aid. The best solution now might be a truth and reconciliation process like South Africa did with UN Peacekeepers coming in like in Rwanda and former Yugoslavia. But they have to be willing to talk to each first. It's a mess.

i have a very simple question to those pro palestine protestors. The conflict in Syria has made 350000 death, 8.5 million external displaced and another 5 million internal displaced. This is huge, compared to the conflict in Gaza which made, according to Hamas, 30000 death, and 1.5 million internal displaced. WHERE WERE YOU WHEN IT HAPPENED ?

Despite Nadia Ali’s first rate performance in her role as the pro Palestinian voice of calm and reason, I feel an obligation to point out, not only how disingenuous her words are, but more importantly, how little respect she has for herself. Forfeiting her dignity willingly, not only represents an overt act of personal submission, but is also symbolic of the true definition of being a Muslim in service to Allah. This master-servant relationship manifests itself as her now being nothing more than a handmaiden, in service to the anarchy loving agendas of anonymous foreign and domestic powers. That Muslim women are mere chattels, for men to do with what they may, so will be the fate of this PhD student, once her fake portrayal as the Palestinian who cares about all students, safe spaces, etc., has been exposed. Her servitude is quite evident, in that she answers every question with just another version of the same stock answers she’s memorized, in her effort to convince us that her fellow pro Palestinian students condone what’s happening on Columbia’s campus. Anyone, who hasn’t had their mind reconfigured to the Marxist channel, knows that pro Palestinian protestors do not sympathize with the Jewish students, and are elated that Jews are being targeted, because of their religion, and feeling the pain from a temporary loss of their freedom, feeling isolated from society. What this PhD student is inadvertently doing, is making a powerful statement about how insignificant the Arabs in Gaza are, to the Islamist powers in Iran, which are among some of the powers she foolishly represents. She is not doing the people of Gaza, especially the women, any favors. In what universe would anyone who values freedoms, in all its forms, think that a centuries old conflict should be used to shut down an educational institution and the bridges? There’s only one answer that makes perfect sense, and that is when the Middle East conflict is Iran’s version of the Trojan horse, in order to test the waters, to see if it’s possible to tip the scales of democracy over the edge, and in the ensuing chaos, an ISIS type of totalitarian regime will immediately move in to fill the void? That’s how world wars are born; first vilify the Jews, light the spark of antisemitism everywhere, and then once the Jews (“the conscience of the world”, according to Hitler) are out of the way, it will be child’s play to get Europe to fall.

Most protesters probably want a ceasefire and aid to Gaza, but sadly I see alot of flags there calling for Revolution against Israel, which means more violence. Also the "From the river to the sea" message is a very provocative and divisive slogan, not at all peaceful.
