I cheered - YAY! - when the shot of the turtle in your cart came up! ( and was very pleased to see the hand holds in his side for toting). I was talking to you Jocelyn: "you can't leave him behind, you could put him in your yard, please do not walk away, it's too epic a gift to just leave it." So glad you have him. I do not know when these videos were shot, so, I trust your Dad's surgery is behind him. So glad to hear that your dad did so well with his surgery. As a daughter who sat in the hospital day and night with both of my parents before, during, and after their bypass surgeries, I know exactly the stress and worry you were feeling. It’s like holding your breath until you know they are safe and then you can finally let out that breath with a huge sigh of relief. Thank you for sharing with us. Your family has become like loved members of our extended family. Hugs to your mom. I bet she was strong on the outside for everyone else, but really worried too. I knew my dad was going to be fine when I went in at visiting hours the next morning and he was sitting up eating scrambled eggs. (his favorite breakfast meal, but they were the healthy liquid eggs and he didn’t even know 😂 ) Hope you sleep well tonight knowing that at least the surgery is behind him now and the healing begins. All the best to your dad. I know how you feel. My dad had a quadruple bypass some years ago. It is scary and it is an invasive surgery, but he will be so much healthier after he recovers. These surgeries have come such a long way. Hang in there ❤

So glad your Dad got treatment and came through surgery well!!! I can only share that my Daddy had quadruple bypass surgery (in 1977) he was 51 and lived to be almost 92! Cardiac rehab is so good these days! Help your Dad do what the cardiologist tells him. Love to your Mom and family.

I have watched ALL of your videos and have never left a comment….. today I am because in 2020 I had emergency quadruple bypass surgery! It’s a rough recovery but he will do fine with the help of all of you. Praying for him to have a quick and safe recovery! The after cardiac rehab is so so important. Thinking of all of you today.

Yes I'm praying for your dad too, and you. My father had cardiovascular issues and bypasses since I was 5 years old. One thing I've always said is that they seem to have come so far with cardiovascular medicine. He thought he was dying in 1974 but he lived until 2010! And in the end, it was diabetes, not even heart issues. I love when your dad is on. He's such a nice man and I hope you realize (I'm sure you do) how good he is to you. You are extremely blessed to have the family and support you do. It's part of why I enjoy watching. It sounds like he will be up and around in no time, because he's motivated! P.S. Love the turtle. lol
