agadmator is not fast, He is a time traveller with limited powers. He went 1 hour into the future, looked at the game, then he came back and made the video, waited for half an hour just to be cautious, then published it right after the game.

I'm beginning to think Carlson drew the last classic game just to torture Caruana with rapids, like he wanted to prove he was the better player in a game format that had little use for computers.

@@mistalenny2596 the final tiebreak. The players draw straws, the winner chooses white or black. White has 5:00 no increment. Black has 4:00 no increment. If the game is a draw black wins.

Magnus Carlsen enters the stage and provides a cross diagonal handshake to Fabiano. Carlsen has the white pieces and he opens wIth E4. Fabiano has the black pieces and responds with C5, the Sicilian Defense. Carlsen had a very interesting move here by deciding to go with the draw. Although Fabiano has position he eventually agreed and both players exited the stage. A very nice game.

everyone use engine. your point would be true if caruana uses white always. Calson is better but Fab is quite good as well. Only knoqing engine lines doesnt put you in number 2 in the world as every chess gets to a point where you go off preparation.

I don't mean offence if English isn't your guys language. The word weak in that context implies relative to Carlson not in general. Just as all sports commentaries will use the same word in the same context. fabi is 70+ rating points behind Carlson and his current form this year was beyond dreadful in particularly rapid. 70 rating points is a huge gap at super gm

Agadmator I think you should have mentioned that Kxe4 (11:39) was the move that lost lost the game for Caruana. He should have used his rook to check the white king until he gets at a bad spot (h3 or the first rank) or until capturing the g3 pawn. The commentators said probably Caruana missed Re7+

Also, if Rxg7 was played Black wouldn't take on f5 but go Ra2+ then Kf3. At least that's what the commentators said. It made perfect sense though
