Thank you for sharing these beautiful different results Chef 🙏 I've been trying the spider effect with several temperatures and I always get a different pattern. May I ask: have you ever failed a spider web effect all over your experience? That happened to me a couple times and it was so frustrating.. Thanks again for your time!

I still wonder at the white spider web effect, the temperature of the background color and the white of the effect are the same temperature? And if they have the same temperature, the effect of waves or spider webs, do you add more water? Im appreciate for your response, thank you!

Ma intreb oare nu se poate folosi decat mirror glaze pentru efectul de paianjen ? Prima la 32 grade si cealalta la 60grade? Evident in nuante diferite?

Hi, I tried the spider web glaze, but it didn't give the effect. My neutral glaze was thick even after I microwaved it. Should I be adding water to thin out the neutral glaze to give it a runny consistency?

Yes need to add water to make it thinner

Well actually 45 and 60 degrees got the best results in my opinion judging the results in your videos. What's your favorite temperature to use?

In this recipe you cannot replace with gelatine. Pectine is an setting agent made from apple skin.

Glazura oglindă, 32°c 33°c. Nu este o regula cu glazura ca trebuie la o anumita temperatura, cu cat este mai rece poți combina mai multe culori și efecte, cu cat este mai calda cu atat este mai subțire.
