If you buy the Z Man Big TRD you can also trim the length as Randy says, but you still get the floating action. I’ve caught plenty of 4-5 pounders on them,

Your videos are all I watch when it comes to bass information. Your so smart and also extremely kind for sharing this amazing information that you acquired over the years. Thank you sir.

The nikko halgramite is my favorite, best is a 5.99 largie on a bass pro tungsten ewg weedless ned ball head. It floats, and is pretty indestructible. I generally lose the setup after 15 fish, and sawing thru the line from.bass teeth. Goota retie once in a while.

When you cut down the ned to a mini ned (2") the elastic plastic thats float is not needed. The head of the hook make it stand anyway. And that elastic its so difficult to work with. I use my whacky worms for ned. the cheapest will do fine.

Most of the places I fish in Florida just has to much grass to fish a ned rig. The rivers are the only place with sand bottom and they are full of hangs. I usually only use a ned rig in salt water for redfish.
