So will you ever train back in Tucson? It's so cool because at the same time you made your decision to explore other adventures so did I!!. May will be my first 50K and September my first 50 miler! Also venturing into Gravel!!

In the weeks ahead, are you making any equipment changes per bikes / shoes or other clothing / equipment? Fuel or hydration methodology you might change for longer endurance competition? And are you going to change your bicycle position from tri-specific to something more gravel endurance friendly?

Hello Heather and Happy holidays to you and your family. I have a bike helmet question for you if you could help me out. I recently purchased a project rudy wing helmet. I was just wondering if you have a preferred pair of sunglasses that you like wearing when not wearing the helmet lense. Been bouncing that question off a few people, figured why not go with a pro! I start lake placid training 2023 today! 30 weeks block second time going up there, looking for a sub 14 hour this time. all the best. -Eric
