Thanks for watching and your comment. It’s not giving me the wow feeling, it’s most certainly missing something in my opinion. It’s very light, the sticky coupling will be annoying, but nothings ever perfect I know! The locomotive looks stunning in my opinion and unfortunately not running in this video as I have no layout still, when tested on straight track run nicely each way :)

Unfortunately the mk3sd’s don’t go with the 91 and DVT tho, thanks for watching :)

They have only one coach available it’s stupid! I’ve ordered 9 LNER mk4’s but haven’t bothered with the intercity as running my 91002 with mk3 sleepers and HST DVT! Thanks for watching hopefully receive your coaches soon!

@@00VirginTrains1 i have also ordered 9 LNER new mk4 coaches and 8 Intercity Swallow mk4 coaches. i would've thought that Hornby had released more than just 1 GNER mk4 coach. It is stupid, ur right there.

@@00VirginTrains1 from what my dad told me earlier that the Intercity Swallow livery mk4 coaches and the LNER mk4 coaches are due in autumn now, i thought that they were due this summer but obviously not now.

Hi Adam thanks for tuning in with us today. No way? What was damaged on the coach? Mine seems to be finished well, but as for new tooling it’s just been refinished slightly, the old mk4 GNER mallard coaches are still very good! My 91002 is there anything wrong with it, not that I’m aware off, as mentioned in the video the bits they got wrong, but 91002 is my favourite and on display at the moment. So sorry yours is damaged. I’ve had plenty of Hornby models that aren’t 100%. Latest was my LNER farewell HST the finish is not good for how much it bloody costs and the doors now no longer spring open! Sorry for waffling!

@@00VirginTrains1 Thanks for the reply - my MK4 had a lot of paint rubs, scratches and damaged glazing but appears to have been a one off that slipped through QC and was sent with the batch. Have a close look at your 91 - my black paint was really cracked when viewed in the light and it looks like others have been too - I didn't spot it until I had it in my hands looking at the running issues.

@@adamoldridge thanks for warning I have had a close inspection of the swallow 91 and thankfully it’s ok! Hope if you’re getting a replacement it won’t have these issues!

@@adamoldridge I got mine from Bure valley models in Norfolk I live in Norwich and always use them :) believe they have price dropped em since I bought one also! But I couldn’t wait as thought they were gonna be sold out everywhere. Just annoying we have 4 locomotives and 1 bloody coach!
