This reminds me of the hours I've spend spawning in as support, respawning as engineer, place nodes, rinse and repeat. Or all the times I have begged the SL to PLEASE use the supplies I just dropped. Or of all the times I asked the THREE squads that remain too deep behind enemy lines just mucking about, while the critical point is under heavy attack. This game needs a serious obligatory tutorial for ALL players.

I came across this channel more or less by accident but it's definitely worth a subscription. Well done video and a lot of work I guess producing all the cut-scenes. Looking forward to more stuff like this!

Just stumbled on this video mate and i must say you're my new hero. It's like you reached in to my mind and pulled out all my experiences from the last few months. The game is really building up a large player base now which i love, but the massive influx of extremely casual/unwilling to learn players who discovered HLL as a Battlefield alternative has totaly crashed and stalled the quality of the matches. I capped out at Lv100 last week and commanded my first games yesterday. Even so, I was considering hanging up my hat for a while due to the frustration of so many repeated SLOGS that left me mentally exhausted. Maps void of garry's and people just complaining whilst i feel like I'm letting down my quad and the team, because i can't build enough flanks or garrys is just so frustrating. I'm so glad to hear about the higher level clan! That might just be enough to restore my faith and I'd love to be involved with that 100's battle on Saturday! See you on the battlefield and you have a new subscriber in me! P.s. You're editing is very bloody funny. Respect for all those laughs you had to put together...and the dedication to the shaving foam bit.

Bravo! My BIGGEST pet peeve playing this game!! Nobody builds garrisons!! I've watched squad leaders run right past the supplies I just dropped for someone to build a garry! I've had to turn back around and go tell them to build a garry on the supplies you can clearly see on the map. It's usually at the spot a garry should be built - right on the red/blue border - which would make it really easy for the whole team to spawn and attack! Sorry...just venting for a while...

It's so frustrating, i recently see a lot of teams where half the Squads don't even have an officer. I usually play as support because i don't feel confident enough to play as SL and usually if the Squad has a SL and i offer my services as support they are happy to build garrisons: I think your absolutely right in that regard that it really is everyone else's job to make sure your squad gets it's shit together instead of expecting SLs to hold your hand for the entire match. As funny anecdote in regards of taking down garrisons: I played my first round on the new offense map on Hurtgen, so right after we lost a point instead of sprinting back i thought to myself that i might as well look for some spawn points while i am already in their territory. About half a minute later i saw two enemys in a trench, got them and went to investigate when i heard a friendly: "Cover me i am taking down the garrison." So right after we took that garry down some guy comes running and asked us what the fuck we were doing and explained to us, that we can't attack in offense maps... Yeah we should make an effort to educate the guys we meet on the server because on these rare occasions where you get in a team that gets its shit together this can be the most awesome experience, but it can also be frustrating as fuck with the wrong guys. Thank you for your efforts and congrats to a thousand subscribers. This channel needs to reach more players.

My experience in last few weeks >Commander, we need garries. >Commander, can we have more garries. >Maybe try defending the garrie, commander (I'm alone on it with two enemy tanks up my ass). >We need a bombing run on that tiger (nobody built nodes) /also using br on armor lmao/. >Weeeeee free artillery at the start of the round till we have almost no munitions. >Whole team running past the point we've just capped towards the next one, promptly losing it because only one squad (that actually took it) defended it. Most of it happened when we have plenty of garries btw, I'm not kidding. That's only a few that I have from the top of my head, there's much more stuff like that.

Hell Let Loose dev's must add a tutorial you must end and also adding tips in 2 pictures like : The first picture should be : Building a garrison in the point is good, but if you loose it, you have to spawn back to HQ/far away. (showing a map with 1 garrison on the point, red cross) 2nd picture : To prevent this, triangulate the point which mean, no garrisons INSIDE the point but 3 all around the point. So you can go on the point from many differents angle, and if you loose 1, you still have 2 more garrisons around and can continue to defend the point. (showing 3 garrisons with back garrisons too, green check) When you loose a garrison, build another one. Control the territory !!!! Some players are bored to run but if they control territory, they will run less.

Fantastic video, man! To take a break from the awful and addictive warthunder thing, I have been stuck with since 2014, a friend gifted me hell let loose two weeks ago, then promptly left me high and dry because he realized he does not want to play it anymore. Since then, I have been trying to not suck at it by using this best kept secret very few headless chickens playing rifleman class know about, which involves more videos which tell you how to actually play the game, instead of Nano.

i think a very simple way for the devs to make new players get it is to add a mandatory tutorial that goes over the very basics, like you have to do it before you can access the multiplayer! and to only allow players at level 25 or above to play SL
