It should be a felony for law enforcement to intentionally plot to ruin someone's life forever by lying to get a prosecution. Gang charges are serious and would've impacted those people arrested for the rest of their lives so it shouldn't be just demoting some police officers and suspending their chief for a day. Need serious consequences.

I dont protest to pass a law i dont steal from places to have my way i try to work hard pay my taxes get kicked out and also stand for whats right went to court files my complaints did whats right kept everyone with respect also won my case. In America you are guilty until you prove your Not. Just like signing a Traffic Ticket. It is absolutely an admission of guilt. If it wasn't then why would you have to go to court to proclaim your innocence?
