I think they are the most innovative company for new tech in gens. They also make gens for several companies. There customer service is ok but could be better and after being there and asking they said it’s a big focus since growth is very strong and they are continuing so CS and the person behind it has come from two other companies and is very good at it. So hope to see that grow better. Warranty I believe is going to jump to 3 years verses one. Maybe even 5 but who really knows at the moment. I like most of the models, some I’ll pass on because I just have no interest, but the medium to large units that are tri fuel and fuel injection and more is pretty impressive. More is coming so will be interesting to see what happens. I also talked a little into moving to cast iron sleeves for much longer engine life but will see what happens with that. There is crazy new tech we talked about but some is still confidential so I will honor that. But can’t wait to see new stuff coming later this year and early next. Everyone is looking for the best generator, and honestly it’s hard. Because everyone has budget. And in life there or cheap options, medium options and expensive options. It’s up to the buyer to make the final. Everyone says Honda is the best and buy once cry once. But yet I don’t see them driving Toyotas if you want the best vehicle 🤷🏼‍♂️
