As an SJBC rider I personally invite you to come to the WNC. The race is every Wednesday until the last Wednesday in august and racing starts at 6:45pm. Registration ends at 6:30pm so I would recommend getting there around 6. The registration will be in the parking lot outside of LKQ auto parts dismantler. I hope to see you out there!

I know you mention your training comes from the master class but I’m curious to ask what’s the logic behind doing efforts above zone 2 during an endurance day? Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of having a zone 2 ride and loading your buddy and cardiovascular system with too much strain? If you put in efforts on what is an “easy day”, don’t you end up making an easy day harder that what it should be? I am genuinely interested in your thoughts (please don’t take this as criticism). Thanks for the content, I really enjoyed following your journey. It was nice racing with you at Golden Stste. You are a beast!

For sure! Sorry, I didn’t explain it well at all in the vlog haha. But this wasn’t an easy day. It was an interval day that we added zone 2 onto 🤙 what I meant thought was that I’m not doing any work above Z4 more than once a week because we want to keep intensity down.

You flying up here for the Intelligentsia Cup? That's not until 7-21-23 to 7-30-23. You've got lots of time before that. How many of the races, out of the 10, are you going to do? I hope that you're doing the Winfield or Elgin races.
