If they fit well without the soles, you can wear them for a week or so and then put the soles back in and see if they have stretch to a point they are comfortable. We haven't had much to do with Boot Stretchers but theoretically they can help.

@goldersromatoowoomba372
@goldersromatoowoomba372 Жыл бұрын
Hey Cole, that is always annoying when one shoe fits and one shoe doesn't! You could try to replace the innersole in the right shoe to be a bit thicker/more padded? You just wouldn't want to make the difference so big that it affects your walk! You should also make sure that your laces on both the right foot and the left foot are done up the same... sometimes the pattern of the laces can make a difference. If the laces are the same then when you put the right shoe on don't just pull on the laces at the top... tighten in strap separately to make sure they are tight the whole way down the shoe. (if that makes sense). Hopefully some of this well help?

Youre gonna have osteorticular problem if you dont have arch support for your foot whit a personalized ortesic insole, is gonna create pronation and falling of the arch plantar whic i have and belive me is very difficult to treat after you get it even whit the best orthesic, not recommned at all to put your foot in contact whit the antiperforation insert that is placed upon the sole. If your boot are too small try a bigger pair number or get another tipe that is buit to install orthesic, there is one that is coming out this month in my country, i tried only a prototipe but it kinda look promising or at least going in the right direction.

I have narrow feet and I've worn Converse my whole life But now I need to use steel toe work boots and the toe cap is always so darn narrow even for my feet that it prevents my toes from splaying when I step. The tip has no flex it's insanely uncomfortable. I tried going wider boots and those are too wide my foot is just knocking around in there. Any idea what I could do? Regular is too narrow and wide is too wide
@goldersromatoowoomba372
@goldersromatoowoomba372 22 күн бұрын
With a steel tip boot you are better off going wide than narrow. To help with the wider boots you could looks at getting a custom inner sole or even just a thick one off the shelf or some bigger work socks. However, you would be best off shopping around as many brands as possible to find one that fits naturally.

Do you have any tips for someone with narrow feet? Adding bigger insoles only get my toes to rub against the toe box and get blisters
@goldersromatoowoomba372
@goldersromatoowoomba372 Жыл бұрын
Hi Cesar, the easiest thing to do if you have narrow feet is to make sure you tighten the laces up really tightly all the way from the bottom. When you put them on don't just pull the strings, start at the bottom and make sure each wrap of the lace is tight. Other than that, you can get inner soles that are made for people with narrow feet. Getting blisters from inner soles might just mean you haven't gotten a pair that fit your specific feet correctly. Hope some of this helps!

Hey, i recently got a pair of high work boots, they fit well and while they're heavy i'm getting used to it, they're causing blisters on the back of my feet though, could it be because i haven't broken them in just yet? Should i wait for the blisters to heal before trying to wear them?
@goldersromatoowoomba372
@goldersromatoowoomba372 2 жыл бұрын
Hey RiotGrrl, If your shoes are giving you blisters you should definitely wait until they heal to wear them again or you might cause more damage. Once they heal try just wearing the shoes around the house for an hour or two at a time just to break them in before wearing them for a full day. The other problem might be the socks you are wearing... getting a good quality pair of thick work boot socks would help.
@yamatodamashii1179
@yamatodamashii1179 Жыл бұрын
I was a combat medic in light infantry in the American army. We move almost everywhere on foot. Some things I did for my guys are running a piece of suture, pretty sure you could use a needle and thread, through the space between the blister and heel underneath. Run the thread as low as possible on the blister. You won’t open the blister and the thread is a drain. Cover that with no stick gauze and moleskin to keep the friction away. Pantyhose socks can also help with friction. Good luck with your feet.
