Part of me thinks Hisoka saying that line against his opponents is some sort of Nen Condition, he doesn't have to repeat it to those he already fought against and said said line. And by saying such a line in that it makes Bungee Gum stronger yet is twofold in that it causes the opponent to react in confusion either due to information overload or how abrupt it is.

The thing is first, we don't know if Hisoka is currently stronger, also that Chrollo has lots of abilities in the book, but it would be an amazing battle for sure, different cause the Hisoka that we know is gone, since he isn't gonna let any advantages to his enemies like before, so the battle would be more even in my opinion, instead of Chrollo having a 100% secure victory like in heavens arena

Yeah just like Killua's grandfather Zeno ability the Dragon thing. However, you need a lot of training and familiarity of the beast you want to mimic with your aura and you need to incorporate emission and manipulation to separate and control it outside your body which is not an easy feat.

Bungee Gum is the ONLY Alloy-Type Transmutation-Ability we've ever seen. I cant be the only one who thinks thats an F-Up? We literally dont know any Rules. As a kid I read x-men comics and when they were written competently you get this same feeling of creativity in the powers used. When written by an uninspired writer everyone just does power blasts at each other. The character work and soap opera was fine but the creative combinations of interesting mutant powers was usually what hooked me back in and kept me reading. Most iconically the Fast Ball Special where Wolverine and Colossus realized if they could just get Wolverine into close combat they had the advantage.
