We'll incorporate a single light hand weight into this total body mat Pilates workout. If you don't have a light hand weight, a soup can or water bottle or lacrosse ball work!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
-Light hand weight (I'm using 2lbs)
If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

Really hated this one 😂 got a little overconfident and started with a 5 lb weight. Nope. Thanks for a great workout!

Honestly I don’t usually do Pilates. If I do, they r usually short so I can target glutes, etc. today I wanted to do something different so I wanted to try one of yours because I know I always get results from your workouts. Oh my gosh, this was amazing! So challenging and I really loved it! I’ll be doing more from now on . Really trying to focus on form, core strength and stability in every move.

Seeing this comment just made my day!! Even if it's not your favorite way to work out, I really do believe EVERYONE can benefit from incorporating a little Pilates into their routine.

This class is soooooo hard, especially the side table top series. Im so sore that I plan to rest for few days before trying this class for 2nd time.

Coming back from being sidelined from back muscle strain so modified or skipped the more intense moves. Any suggestions on your other classes to do that are back light? My mobility is fine- just afraid of re-injury or overdoing it too soon.

I'd try this class, it's a slightly dialed down Mat workout: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/d7B4dLdnkpqVcYk.html You may still want to modify the prone work (don't extend arms overhead, instead keep elbows bent or hands on floor), but overall it's definitely less intense for the back
