This total body Pilates workout is a total body flow and on the shorter side at just 34 minutes. We'll do core, side body (glutes, outer hips, obliques), and center it off with some push ups.

If you're used to taking Classical Pilates classes, this will be a smidge different. I'm trained through STOTT, which is a contemporary, anatomy-driven approach - and then I put my own flair on top of that. :)

Hello Nicole, I don't know what to do anymore, a few days ago my trapezius muscle was hard as a rock! And I'm feeling tingling in my hands and thumb. It would be great if you could make a video on postures or stretching, or just reference one, that would be amazing!!!

Tingling suggests there could be a pinched nerve involved (nerve issues are out of my area of expertise, so I can't give guidance beyond that). For tight traps, stretch recommendations will depend on if it's more upper traps? lower traps?
