This mobility class will touch upon shoulders, spine and hips. We'll start on the mat and then transition from mat to standing. You'll need a chair (bench/low stool/coffee table works, too!). We spend a good chunk of time kneeling, so you may want a blanket for extra padding FYI.
We'll continuously move through the mobility exercises, holding just a couple static stretches at the end.
