Thank you for these videos, I’m newly diagnosed and thank god I’m not alone. I’ve never been so scared in my life and honestly thought I was dying. I’ve just started taking Amytripline and have had a little bit of relief from them. I hope you are doing well and feeling slightly better.

Month 18 with all symptoms you’ve said .. only the last month I’ve persuaded my doctor it’s not my anxiety giving me this weird head and eyes as I call it ... he has finally referred me to ENT but every time I told him it feels my brain not keeping up with my brain and blurred vision especially in left eye same side as I sometimes get a pressure in my head ... supermarkets are hurrendous ... especially walking down the isles ... he tells me that’s nothing to do with your ears that’s my eyes ... but had eye test apart from having to wear reading glasses my eyes are fine and OCT scan I had at opticians ... I lay in bed until 3/4 o’clock of a day don’t want to move scared to go out on my own and cry daily ... 18 months is a very long time doing nothing .. from being a dancer / mother / grandmother/ to a couch potato 😩😢☹️... come across your vlogs and makes me feel better that I’m not the only one feeling this weird head /eyes thanks for that look forward to your next vlog xx

I am the same way as you describe and have been dealing with it for 22 months. I don't know what to do with myselr anymore. It is a 2 year wait list for a neurologist where I live. Have you tried vistibular excercises and have they worked for you? :(

Hi I was diagnosed by my gp. And was given migraine and anti sickness meds. But had exercises frim a neuro physio, but had to go privately to get the best help. The eye exercises can bring the terrible feelings on so it does deter you But you must carry in it seems. And i was told that the vestibular is directly linked to the fight or flight in you hence extreme anxiety. Once i knew this i used CBT to he,p as i was having endless panic attacks all day, exhausting. However, as when we are well ,illness is different too. Really hope you get help because it can be debilitating

Yes, the constant (24x7) depersonalisation went away after about 3 months. I get the odd flash of it now and again.
