This video(sound) has helped me and my girlfriend a lot falling asleep. I recently lost my baby daughter (she was 7 months but passed away in her mothers belly) and I was always so afraid to sleep because I would feel alone and anxious. Who ever is reading this: appreciate your life, your family and count your blessings. Every day alive is a beautiful day. Much love from a heartbroken father.

Ooh! Top quality gentle waves. Great rhythm and low hiss. Mostly black screen And at three hours ,it won't kill my phone battery 🤗 Most recordists don't seem to regard the ebb and flow in both amplitude and frequency important. They end up with a white noise hiss rather than a slow rhythm which gathers the attention and cleanses ones attention. Really very nice.

this sounds like the waves at Santa Cruz nice loud crash. at night I used to stop at the board walk lay down and just listen then go home to bed sleep like a baby good night every body

I come from the twin island state of Trinidad and Tobago. Your beautiful sights and sounds of the ocean remind me of a time, just before Covid-19 hit our country hard in 2020 and my husband and I celebrated my birthday at a beach resort. Thank you for reminding me of that beautiful time.

When i go to sleep at night i listen to this on loop because it is only 3 hours long its the best one (in my opinion) and i feel like it should be like 12 hours long please and thank you.

Please if you can answer what a dead mouse means? I am assuming its a good sign, since its dead but not sure of what exactly is 'dead' ??? Please help.

I’m not sure what a dead mouse means. It might mean that the life of that particular mouse has been ended. I would assume you could read it as either good or bad. But the reality is that death is a part of life. So for that matter, it is a good sign. I recommend you remove the dead mouse from your house as a dead mouse can carry bacteria. Happy relaxing!
