Great features are one thing but it’s how those features and materials translate to the actual run experience that matters the most.
There’s no better way to describe how the Invincible 3 feel when running that FUN.
The way they bounce, and the energy return that you get from that bounce is quite frankly astonishing.
You feel lighter on your feet, and less tired than you normally would after running, and you’ll feel like you can just keep running with smiles for miles.
They’re very comfortable too - this includes the plush, responsive cushioning underfoot, the soft materials that wrap around your heel, and the lightweight upper that comforts you as it hugs your feet.
I do feel like they could benefit from a slightly lower drop of around 5mm - I think this would help with additional stability for anyone who may have a tendency to heel strike when running. That said, although the Nike Invincible 3 has a 9mm drop from heel to toe, it doesn’t feel too high.

Amazing runners. The Full Max comfort is no joke, especially for big guys like me. I understand what people mean with the heel slippage, but after tying the knot all the way through, I never had that issue. Wearing these shoes make me look forward to my runs.

I just ordered these shoes yesterday. I have insertional Achilles arthritis. I'm going to the gym 3 days every week. Yesterday I ran 10 miles very slow. And I wanted softer shoes. I think these shoes will be perfect for me.

Subscribed. U do have british accent pal. Simple explaination. Iam getting hoka clifton 8 online. Is their any difference bw clifton 8 and 9 ? Moreover whats ur opinion on clifton 8 or invincible 3

Hey, I have a lower back injury and walk 8-10km everyday to stay active and lose weight. Do you think these would be a good cushioned option and would last at least 1+ years of regular walking? My other options are limited like Gel Nimbus 25. I've used Novablast 3 but had them stolen very sadly.

Hi there! These would be very comfortable as walking shoes, for sure. I don't have experience with the Nimbus 25 or Novablast unfortunately. Back to your question of whether they'll last you a full year walking 10km a day (that's roughly (2200 miles) a year, I'd say no. The recommended lifespan of any running shoes is around 500 miles, although you can absolutely do more miles in them if they still feel comfortable and still have enough cushioning underfoot. The lifespan of running shoes also depends on your walking/running technique, the quality of midsole foam, and your weight, among other things! Hope this helps answer your question. -A

How do you compare it with the Cloudmonster? I know in the past that was your favorite shoe, does this surpass it now in terms of comfort and energy return/propulsion? Which is better for wider than avg feet?

These two running shoes are incredibly similar in feel and cushioning. The invincible 3 is more plush however yet the cloud monster has better energy return, and is a faster shoe. The invincible 3 is better for long runs where comfort and bounce is desired. Both I’d say are average width although the shape and material of the upper on the Cloudmonster should allow for a wider foot.

@@trailandkale Thanks! That's really helpful. I just got the Cloudmonster and loving how it feels. I'm trying to figure out where it should fit on rotation for Recovery, Speed, Long Run, and Race Day. Sounds like Cloudmonster would be a good fit for Speed/Long/Race, and Invincible could be a good option for Recovery (and some Longs)?

Yeah you nailed it there. Invincible 3 is just great for recovery runs (long or short), and for beginners looking to train for / run a marathon. How do u keep them clean tho? Can they be thrown in the wash?

With difficulty if you run on wet/dirty roads. If you run in the dry they should be ok. You can probably put them in the wash but that may compromise the midsole cushioning/response over time.

I had heel slip and achilles rub. The stack seems too high given the squishy unstable nature of the shoe. The laces are also too short. I would stay away.
