Creamy pasta with a little Kick!
This recipe takes roughly 30 mins to make & is 4 meals
Recipe
1 chicken breast chopped into small cubes
6/8 small shrimp
2 medium roasted flattened red peppers (out of jar)
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of cream
2 cups of chicken broth
8oz of pasta of choice
1lb bag of frozen broccoli
2 Tbl spoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoons garlic & herb seasoning
1/2 teaspoons chicken seasoning
1/4 smoked paprika
1/4 spicy Italian mix (if u don’t have use regular Italian & a little extra cayenne)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Few shakes of red pepper flake
Method.
Prep chicken & wash shrimp
Season chicken & shrimp with the pepper,salt,chicken seasoning, ,paprika, spicy Italian & cayenne.
Give a good mix & leave to the side
Put speedi on sear saute lvl 5
Add you butter, garlic & garlic seasoning, let it melt
Add pasta & stir make sure it’s well coated. Add your cream,chicken broth, chilli flakes and red peppers stir well.
Turn your Speedi to speedi meal setting for 10 mins
After 10 mins add broccoli and stir.
Add the tray & put in chicken & shrimp. Set the timer for another 7 mins
Flip chicken & shrimp at 3.5 mins.
After the 7 mins is up make sure chicken & shrimp is cooked and add to pasta.
Give a good stir & enjoy 💚
