- 3g Salt
(塩)
- 1 Egg
(卵)
- Knead for 5 minutes
(5分間捏ねる)
- 20g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- Knead for 15 minutes
(15分間捏ねる)
- Rise for 1 hour
(1時間発酵させる)
- Knead for 2 minutes
(2分間捏ねる)
- Rise for 30 minutes
(30分間発酵させる)
- Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes
(180℃ - 20分焼く)
** Creamcheese:
- 200g Creamcheese
(クリームチーズ)
- 30g Sugar
(グラニュー糖)
- 50g Whipping Cream
(生クリーム)
** Garlic butter sauce:
- 130g Unsalted butter
(無塩バター)
- 50g Garlic
(ニンニク)
- 30g Condensed milk
(練乳)
- 1 Egg
(卵)
- 20g Honey
(はちみつ)
- 3g Parsley
(パセリ)
- Bake at 160℃ for 10 minutes

the us measurements for the bread (just the bread cuz its rly good by itself too) - 1/2 cup of milk - 2 tbs of sugar - a little less than 1 teaspoon of yeast (.80 tsp to be exact) -2 cups of bread flour - maybe 1/2 a teaspoon of salt but i just shook in a dash and called it a day - 1 1/2 tbs of butter yw everyone!

I tried it yesterday and the result is so satisfying. Even though I don't have parsley at home, it turns out so delicious. I eat them all for 2 days and definitely will make it again shortly. Really recommend for everyone 😌
