Wes Brown straddles a monster of a motorcycle, and makes a few test passes at the new and improved Crossville Dragway in Crossville, Tennessee. Wes has been racing this nitrous-fed motorcycle for many years, and continues chipping away at it. The bike is based off of a Suzuki GSXR 1000, but he has obviously done some serious work to the engine, in addition to the nitrous oxide system. You'll also notice a low stance and stretched swing arm on his purpose built drag bike. Traction comes from a DOT approved rear tire.
Clutch application is critical on these bikes, as the lack of wheelie bars makes them a handful to ride. Wes handles a wheels up situation like a pro on the second pass, and gets into the 5.30's at 128 miles per hour in the eighth mile.
