He's right about this bike being the most aerodynamic and stable at speed! I had a 2013 in white and did some mods to it and took it on the roadcourse a few times for a trackday, great bike!

The only thing I worry about is the speed rating of the wheels/tires. The centrifugal forces put on wheels at that speed are insane.

After personally having a 400+hp turbo GSXR-1000, I can attest to the the no rear brakes. But not going to depend on one rotor to stop. listening to this guy, he says a lot of things that may impress people who don’t know bikes. but for those who know drag bikes or 9/10th’s bikes, it’s a bunch of exaggeration. 186 in the quarter? 240mph top? Everything he has done to that bike is genious including compressing the front spring which I have never thought to do. You have everything done down to the damn seat. High risk high reward for lack of a better words. it sounds like a stock motor (bad tune) busa on spray. I would love to see that 186mph pass, to crack 7s is about 300rwhp with a 700-750lb bike + rider. I don't think he is spraying a 120shot. foot shifting. no gear. no rear brake on a streetbike. strong seat. those wheels would love a good pothole at speed. his fly by, was about 180mph also. gg.

I am not a gear Nazi anymore (y’all are all grown and know how to grow your own skin back or magically don’t hit the ground some how when you crash) however for all of the folks saying that gear will not help at those speeds, ask Wayne Rainey who had an off at 200+ MPH In MOTOGP or Fast Freddy Spencer, Valentino Rossi, Marc Marquez or any other serious rider who has gotten off their bikes at top speed with gear on and walked away from the crash. Yeah if you hit a pole or something like that during a get off while yeah your screwed, but at least having gear on while your sliding might give you a better chance of sliding your way away from something if possible. Not likely but hey a chance however slim is worth it to me. The reason most of us say anything about gear is that we actually do not want someone to get hurt any worse than necessary in a wreck. Having the proper gear on is the difference between getting your knee on deck and scraping a corner having fun in style and taking the skin off your knee and crashing. Besides he would go faster with a Humpback jacket or full suit than he would in a T shirt in the first place as the proper gear MAKES YOU MORE AREO-DYNAMIC. One last thing, I can’t speak on his 1/4 mile times but I do know this. An otherwise stock Kawasaki H2 with a flash/tune Vandemon exhaust and Rotobox Carbon wheels like mine did 243 MPH in the standing mile on stock wheel base. So I’m not going to bet against him being able to hit 240+ MPH on spray with motor work, full exhaust and an extended swing arm.

That is awesome! Just got a Busa, so I am just looking at other peoples setups to familiarize myself with what can actually be done. This is crazy , I think I may have gotten in over my head. I am coming off a Yamaha R6 and jumped right into a rocketship apparently. I havent been thrown off yet or it hasnt gotten away from me yet or laid it down so thats a good start. I havent pushed it to even a fraction of capabilities. I need to get more used to the handling of the bike before I do anything that the bike was meant for. This is really nice setup, i'll end up doing my own thing in the next couple months as far as customization, and performance mods, but just really cool to see what others have been able to accomplish.
