pan; 12×11×3 or anything close
ingredients
4 eg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup sugar
365 ml. or 1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter or refrigerated margarine
250 ml. all purpose cream
24 pcs. graham crackers
3/4 cup evaporated milk
250 ml. all purpose cream
250 grams dark chocolate chips or bar

Made this for new years but instead na ibabad sa milk yung graham, sa black coffee ko sya binabad para mag contrast sa sweetness nung cream. Also added cinnamon and cocoa powder on top. 😁 Thanks for this recipe.

I did this last year but I used dark chocolate then added a coffee powder in the chocolate tapos instead na sa taas lang yung chocolate I also added in the middle and i was good ❤ Thankyouuuu po sa recipeeeee 🫶

Madalas ko tong gawin noon.. same sa brigadeiro cake. Medyo magastos lang kaya di madalas. Pero ang sarap nitoooo mas bet pag mas matagal sa ref. Di ako fan ng mango graham float pero etong boston cream cake using graham crackers mas bet ko hahaha nakakaubos ako ng isang tub. Ang sarap at tama lang tamis nyaaaa..siguro dagdagan nalang ng ibang flavoring yung cream 🙂
