This No Bake Oreo Cheesecake is the perfect summer dessert to make! When it's 100 degrees outside turning on the oven is the last thing I want to do so I am trying to go with recipes that don't need baking. This Oreo delight is so creamy, light, and delicious you won't be able to stop with one piece. Cold, mouthwatering, amazing fresh cheesecake that will melt in your mouth. Ingredients:
The ingredients are for 9" spring form pan. You can slightly adjust the number of cookies you are using for the crust and the layer if you are using different size pan.
Party size pack of Oreo cookies.
1 stick butter
7 oz cream cheese
2 1/4 cups heavy cream (500 ml)
7 tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 packs gelatin (14 gr / 0.5 oz)
8 tbsp water (for the gelatin)
For the crust: 28 -30 Oreo cookies
For the Oreo layer: 17 Oreo cookies
Decorate to taste.
