Same - I also really enjoy some company while I do daily household tasks that I don't love to do (for example the dishes!)...and I prefer to find channels that get me thinking rather than channels that get me wanting to buy haha so part of my mission here is to be that company in a safe way for others who might use youtube the same way!

That's so true! I stopped storaging makeup and parfum in the bathroom for that reason. I keep my parfums inside my closet, I found out they last longer (no light, no temperature changes).

Thank you so much for this advice. Luckily I am not keeping any perfumes for use value and these ones are already around 6 years old (!) so I am ok with letting the product go, now just to see about the pretty bottles... I understand the toothbrush cover! But, I will say that my bathroom does have an enclosed toilet, so I'm mentally ok with whatever other non-toilet-related dust might get on the toothbrush since I probably ingest just as much from just existing in my house/doing daily tasks. I am still thinking about letting to of candles and diffuser - maybe by the end of this year I'll either be using them or be ready to really let them go 😅

Yes love me some chill piano - I used to really dislike those Satie pieces when I was younger (not EXCITING enough) but I think I've finally matured enough to appreciate them 😆

Haha truthfully my bag (and bag collection as a whole) is extremely neglected over summer, since my work kind of stops and I only carry belt bag with phone cards and keys when I leave for errands or whatever. But perhaps once fall season hits - seems like a good "back to school/work" kind of video to share 😉

My secret with the glasses is that my "home glasses" are a cheap pair (under $20) purchased online because small children tend to destroy things, and also, if I am home I am usually wearing them and just use my contacts for going out. And if I am out, my kids are not going into my room/bathroom (they're not allowed in there unsupervised). But it's still a good point and better habit to keep them in their case! (My "nicer" glasses, still inexpensive ones from online, DO live in their case when they are not on my face). I'm not sure I'm ready for a jewelry declutter yet haha I just pulled a few pieces out of my jewelry case for my "everything I was influenced to buy" video (going up tomorrow 😬) and was immediately overwhelmed. I have a lot, and don't wear a lot, but of course I like everything that I bought so it's another area of choices to be made! But I should and will do that at some point this year so stay tuned, thank you for the reminder to get that on the to-do list 🙂

This is an idea! I'm going to maybe wait and see if there's a place I'd want to keep just the bottles (I do love the look of the Nina Ricci blue apple as well! But have limited shelf/flat surface space in my home) but good to know I could probably pass them on!
