This vanilla cake is also very tasty.
I like this vanilla cake so I think I will use it often in the future.
When I put strawberry chips on the side, the color was so pretty, and the taste and scent were also great.
I made with chopped nuts on the bottom of the cake.
It had a rich texture and it was perfect.

What is Gluten?
This is a by-product of wheat starch, a protein that is insoluble in water, and is a unique property of flour.
Gluten is difficult to digest and can lead to gluten intolerance.
Flour has about 70% carbohydrates and 10% protein.
Among these proteins, there are gliadin and glutenin, which account for about 80%.
When kneaded with water, gliadin and glutenin combine to form a net structure.
This is our favorite chewy gluten.
Among modern people who enjoy wheat-processed foods such as bread, sweets, noodles, and fried foods, they suffer from gluten-sensitive bowel diseases such as indigestion due to gluten, an insoluble protein contained in wheat.
Intolerance is a reaction that our body rejects and cannot absorb nutrients when nutrients enter the body. Symptoms of gluten intolerance, which are representative examples, include digestive problems such as bloating and abdominal pain.
Gluten-sensitive bowel disease is a symptom of lack or lack of an enzyme that digests gluten.If a person who cannot digest it well, ingestion, the intestine is stimulated and the protrusions of the intestinal mucosa atrophy and nutrients cannot be absorbed.

So today I made a gluten free vanilla cake to enjoy a delicious vanilla cake without flour.
● Ingredients
237ml = 1 cup
15ml = 1Tbsp
5ml= 1tsp
● Cake finished size (18cm*6.5cm, 1 piece)
● Vanilla cake without flour
(Mold size: 30cm*40cm)
90 g white chocolate (1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp, chopped)
40 g unsalted butter (2 Tbsp +2 tsp)
30g Heavy Cream (2 Tbsp)
4 yolks (72 g)
12 g sugar (1 Tbsp)
4 ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
16 g corn starch (2 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
16 g almond powder (2 Tbsp)
4 egg whites (140 g)
60 g (1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp) sugar
● Dark vanilla white chocolate cream
165 g (1 cup) white chocolate
80 g (1/3 cup) heavy cream
3 g (1 tsp) unsalted butter
20 g condensed milk (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
5ml (1 tsp) vanilla extract
370 g (1 cup + 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp) fresh cream (80% whipped)
● Crispy Almond & Hazelnut
30 g milk chocolate (3 Tbsp-chopped)
10 g (2 tsp) unsalted butter
80 g Nutella (3 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
30 g hazelnuts, chopped (2 Tbsp)
25 g (2 Tbsp) almonds, chopped
30 g (3 Tbsp) rice qroqant
● Strawberry chips 20g
( Strawberry chips that are frozen strawberries rapidly and dried in a vacuum)
