Eat mire fibres rather than eating junk food, do dome household chores, walk for half an hour rather than sitting whole day. Plus drink enough water for you. Not everyone needs 4 liters. I don't gave any constipation. I don't do any smoking or eating junk food.

Your Malasana yoga to cure constipation is simply remarkable . Not only it cures constipation, the squat process strengthen & improves blood circulation on the lower legs . Thanks for sharing this video

I have to follow these asanas alongwith malasana to cure constipation permanently. Actually, I couldn't devote time fully as couldn't rise early morning. Thank you so much for Asana and Malasana. I am completely free of build up of stool and toxins. I am into the second week of exercise. This is just wonderful. This exercise has saved me of hospital bills. I had been asked to do a colonoscopy which is very a costly procedure yet all I needed to do was Asana and Malasana. Today I am very happy. Watching from Kampala Uganda. May God bless you

Hello! If you don't mind me asking, does bowel movement happen for you immediately after this asana ? Do you practise it this asana once?

@@parukrish3518 The bowel movement happens immediately after doing asana and malasana.. However sometimes I repeat the exercise when I can't empty first round. At times I add quarter a glass of warm water and I repeat the exercise until I am free. Thank you so much. God bless you Kampala Uganda

@@sushmithaganiga5887 After 5 days I had eliminated all the build up. However you still need to continue so that you don't get build up again. That warm water is very crucial Adopted to doing Asana and Malasana regulary every morning. Bowel movement takes a shorter time. Be blessed

Thank you for the this instruction, is the walk a part of Malasana(or is it called something else?). The more yoga I experience the more I notice that the hips are where the center of potential flexibility exists and one can always use more focus and patience than other Asanas.

Sir really like the way u teach pls iwould like to Ask one thing that n doing yoga just as beginner bt ihave flat foot over pronation iget pain in knee joints and hip joins back all where and arthritis also so that means people like us can't do yoga at all my body doesn't cooperate with me ifeel low and lethargy after doing practice basic asnas pls help for any solution for people like patients like who sufering pain bt want to do something in life🙏

In the prev video while doing malasana the pushing of the knees were while inhaling but in this video the opposite happens.

Would really appreciate a video on the pros and cons of drinking hot water vs warm or room temperature water. I drink lots of hot water in the winter .... Where I live it snows and gets very cold .... Very warming to drink hot water. Initially I used to drink hot water all day in the winter ... Till I realized it may not be good for me..... Now I restrict to mornings only

I live in the Northeast US - I start every day with two 8-oz glasses of warm water. I mix spring water with boiling water so it comes out 'warm', not hot. The Chinese call this yin/yang water. It has both cool and warm essence. I believe in the Ayurvedic tradition they like you to drink warm water. Cold water puts out the digestive fire.

@@michaelfforte correct your body is around 38 degrees so drinking cold is shocking it. So the body would need to recover from this.

Here is a suggestion. Lie on your back and pull your knees into your chest. Wrap your arms around your knees and pull them in. Try slowly and see if it relaxes your back. Think of relaxing your back when you do this. Be conscious of whether your back is feeling stressed. Also try Bhujangasana along with this. Cobra pose.

Also cat and cow pose might help. There are youtube videos on that. Do everything gently so you do not over stress any muscle. Try for short time first. Then do longer.
