The perpetrator of this crime must have been a policeman, politician or a powerful man. Anyone with basic training will know there is something not right with this and there most certainly is foul play involved.

I cannot believe that this Beautiful Young Man was riding His bike Naked, ended up in A Storm Drain, although He was afraid of the dark, where He happened to Die and The Police and Coroner are saying there's no foul play. GODBLESS His Mother, even trying to come to terms with this. Why have The Police no CCTV Footage of Noah the whole way along Royal Avenue? Even though We were in strict Lock Down Rules at the time, so this would have been considered A Crime, carrying A large fine!!!!! Where are Noahs clothes and His backpack, phone and laptop? Coming from A Single Mother, Noah would have guarded these items, knowing their expense and how hard it would be to replace them. Something just isn't adding up here. Please GOD Noahs Mother gets the answers and closure that She'll need for Justice for Her Son and to carry on. 🙏❤❤

WHAT ??? No cctv at first. His bag and phone then go missing. He gets lost. Then he's walking along naked. If there wasn't foul play, why did all that happen ? Hope his lovely mother can stay strong and get justice.

I can't imagine what torment that poor child must have gone through.......There is pure evil still living amongst that community and the timeline leading up to his demise needs to be investigated further. PSNI made a complete shambles of finding Noah from day one, they let his mother and family down immensely and they have stayed silent since bizarrely coming to the conclusion that he entered this storm drain of his own accord.

Sounds like he was being chased to reroute himself to get away....dropping weight (bags, phone....) as he was escaping away from whoever was chasing him. I would get a lawyer and sue the Police Department. Period. His beautiful mom is being too nice.

Everytime I visit at Mary's grotto in Belfast, I see his stone and I light a candle and pray for justice for Noah and for his mum Fiona . I get moved to tears. I pray that throughout this journey in life that Fiona is strengthened . I am praying for you , Ayva Belfast. 💙

I doubt there would be even one 14yo boy in the country willing to remove his clothes and walk naked thru streets.... 14yo boys just won´t do such a thing, which is why this case is so baffling. This sounds increasingly like the police simply didnt do enough of the ´right thing` under the circumstances! This seriously needs looking into...and not by the police!

The Police Service of NI are a fundamentally flawed organisation, and the Ombudsman a pathetic excuse for public oversight and scrutiny.

I hope there has been progress in this case and that Noah and his mother have received justice. In his family videos, he seems like such a sweet, kindhearted, beautiful child.

Now that the authorities have sought a PII cert which allows them to not grant freedom of information requests for cctv it’s clear the perpetrator of this crime is a police informant or someone who gave information to the police to make them brush a murder under the carpet like this. Either way it’s disgusting that the authorities have acted in this way. My thinking is that evidence given stopped some sort of major incident otherwise it’s not worth it.

Oh my gosh....this little boy was attacked as he was riding his bike. He was very bright and determined to join his friends on the project for the Duke of Edinburg award! His erratic behavior was probably due to trauma; obviously, he was overcome with fear and panic! Yes, I can see how he would eventually start losing his belongings and clothing! How horrific....he most likely became utterly confused by the time he reached the storm drain. RUNNING for his LIFE.

Well here we go: Noah is attacked and looses his bag in this attack. Upset he carries on, looses his phone and minor fall off the bike. Disoriented he enters Northwood Estate. Coloured boy on bike, 14 years old, unknown in area is challenged by youths (possibly same youths that attacked and robbed youth one month previously) admits he is Catholic from Nationalist backround. Attempts to escape , discards cloths, items and bike in chase. Tops the road in panic and danger of imminent attack in cul-de-sac hurries through side entry of house , over gate and seeks refuge in storm drain. Is discovered and has to retreat further into storm drain. NOTICE different POLICE timings 6.03, 6.08 and 6.11 WHAT ARE THEY HIDING. They utter TRANSPARENT NONSENSE ......AGAIN WHAT ARE THEY HIDING. Biggest mystery here is the PSNI response.

This is bizarre. Did the boy have a habit of removing his clothes? And going around with no clothes. To most that would be odd. But it can be a norm for some children. But if not then this is odd behaviour. Why would a 14 year old cycle around with no clothes on and wander down to a dangerous and strange location.

I sell feel very sad about this unfortunate case as I was in the art college across the road and had passed Noah on my way to the tran station more then once with him being at the bus hut next to the school normally setting on his own with his laptop on his lap and normally with earphones plugged in. I think the reason why I remember him is because most of the other kids when in groups making a lot of noise with it still being very strange to me that he was setting so much along. Something about this still feelings off to me years later with not living in the uk anymore and really questioning what happened to this young quiet man. Something really was off with him as he stuck out out like a sore tum in my mind and I lived with a lost of people from all over the world and he really seems to be out of place next to the other kids who where normally running around making trouble as everyone was trying to get home on each time I had seen him. There was from my understandings a drug issue in the area around Millfiled with the UVF making a lot of issues. I can only say that I hope that his family will one day get to the bottom of what happened to him with really sending them so much love. Noah stands out in my mind as I passed him more then twice a week on my way home and was thinking that it was strange seeing him alone when so many others around him where in gangs coming out of school looking to blow off steam and making everyone know it was home time. I really wonder if he had any friends or was maybe just very quiet? I do remember that he was wanting a uniform that was to big for him and he wants as well groomed as the others running around him. Something really was off as I would not remember him this much with nothing him doing the same each time I passed him. I’m going to be keeping an eye on this one as I can’t get my head around why he stood out in a very big crowd. I’m someone who has a great memory for things that I noticed and I noticed something strange about his behaviour as he was not interacting with anyone around him. I still don’t know if he was on drugs or having other issues. He was just in my memory very socially cut off and not as well put together as others around him. I don’t know if this made him an easy target for someone? He really looked from my memory to be lost and possibly not looking after himself? There is a part of me wounding if he was having some issues and no one took notice.

Noah’s story is so sad and terrifying.this could happen to any of us,anywhere in the world.

We in N.I know that he was first assaulted while crossing a field near to a bonfire site by thugs who were from a paramilitary group run by the British security forces. It is common knowledge in both communities.
