Beautiful house. I could be quite happy there with a few little updates. Love all the sunshine! Cool blue bathroom. I wish people would stop wrecking these vintage homes!

Those milk boxes were often drafty so a curtain makes sense. The useless but decorative room divider may have been installed to keep children or pets out of the room. Very nice house.

I love your tours. I am watching from Texas. This house is huge! I bet this house and expansive property property made for a stunning showplace in its time. All those big windows! Thank you for taking us on these tours before these houses are lost to time. 😃

Ifeel the same way about those days, and the memories! Thanks for a trip back to eadier times! I like all the tilework and even the fun floral curtains! I would have herbs and plants in the kitchen ,on the wide counter near the lovely windows. This is a beautiful home, and it has my dream,: a pool!!! I always wanted one, but lived a mile from a nice public one!

Hey Noah, this was a really nice house. You showed it well. Great job. I just wanted to let you know that kitchen cupboard doors did not have the inlaid hinges until about the 80's. So that's a good indicator that at least the doors for the cupboards were updated around the 80's.

Actually I like some of those curtains in that house. It is a spacious place, I bet it was a custom build. You could really entertain in there with all that room. Such a waste to tear it down needs updated and some work, but very usable. Would loved to have seen it brand new.

I like it, not a plain Jane. Not crazy about the foyer floor, looks like something you'd see in a commercial kitchen. Washer and dryer appear to be from the 80's and unlike today's trash, I bet those still work. Thanks for the tour Noah! 👍🤠

Master baths were rare back then, and a really large one with a tub, shower, and double vanity was even more so.

My 1954 ranch has more windows than any other house I've had. Don't know if it had a milk door. If it did, it was renovated out of existence.

Another Ontario treasure being demolished to create hundreds of ugly little boxes. Bra-VO, all you "developers" who are wrecking beauty and history. There's no reason to demolish this place.
