Great video as always Max...i used the predecessor to the Anfibio the Makro Multi Kruzer with the Anfibio AF28 coil ...not as well built as the Anfibio but just as deep ....found lots of stuff with it but i couldnt get along with the sooty and sweep tones so sold it after a year!

Hi Andy, I think the Kruzer is in a better price bracket, the Anfibio build is excellent but as you say, the Kruzer seems to have all the same tech. 4 and 5 tones seem a bit sparky, any tips? ATB MMMD

Hi Arron. I think it's one you have to listen hard with, apart from 3 tones I find the other modes very chatty. Super solid design though. ATB MMMD

Good review Max-I bought my first detector when you reviewed the Quest Q40 and it was just as you said-an excellent machine. Maybe you could review the new Quest Q30 as I "need" a backup to my Equinox ?

It's not too bad actually buddy, it's not the lightest but still modern materials and nothing like the older generations of machines. It's perfectly balanced too. ATB MMMD

Looks good. I've got a simplex been using it loads since I bought it in December. Just wondering if this is a good upgrade. Or I was dreaming on a ctx3030. Is there much in it?

Hi buddy. The Anfibio Multi will give you more options than the Simplex, and if you like one then you will likely bond with the other. The ctx is quite a complicated machine and very heavy, most people need a harness to swing those so that's worth considering. If you like the Simplex then the Anfibio is a natural step up. Check out the links in the video if you decide to get one and they'll sort you out. ATB MMMD

Hi there, it's well balanced but probably a little heavier than the Nox. It's probably a bit sparkier than the Nox but I really haven't had enough time with the Minelab Equinox to compare the two I'm afraid. ATB MMMD

Hi max hope your are well getting over lockdown spoke to you about 1 month ago saying I was purchacing a Deus light just received hopefully out soon with it looking forward to using it ws4 headphones 11 inch coil I have had theRacer 2 makro for 3 years very similar to your amfibio good detector same settings as my Racer 2 but onwards to the Deus let you know how I get on max take care Stewart Devizes Wilts ,ps max have you changed from Deus to Nokta 👍👍

Hi Keith mate, looks a decent machine, but as you say, looks more like a rocket launcher, don't go near any airfields with it, you will get arrested...LOL As you know I have got the Apex now, so will be giving that a good test, the next detector I get will discriminate out aluminum from silver hammies, but I think I wont be here when a detector like that comes out...LOL Take care mate Tom

How does it perform on the beach, is it good?

Hi Elie. I have always enjoyed using it on the beach. It's done well for me and of course it's so light and easy to use in general. There are machines that run a bit better on the beach, the Equinox is a bit better from what I have heard from others. ATB MMMD

I thought of getting an Anfibio Multi, but you have to ask the question, why does the Anfibio Multi not reject iron effectively, its useless, my 30 year old C-SCOPE CS990 rejects all iron big or small amazingly with no problem, , since 1984 C-SCOPE have used effective iron rejection, , ,its been 30 years and technology is going stoneage, its like digital TV, most of it is 360, in the 70s it was 625

Different machines, different set ups. Many people love the way the Anfibio works around iron, I guess we all have our own personal preferences, which is fair enough. ATB MMMD
