The time finally arrived to replace the arm cord on my Pro so I dug out my manual but found this video more useful for the job than the written instructions. I kept the original invoice with the file and noticed that the machine’s date sticker matched the date of the invoice (2/22/95). I called the 800 number to order it during one of NordicTrack’s many TV promotions at the time: the Pro was $599.95 and you got the electronics upgrade ($149.95) and UPS shipping ($39.95) for free for a 30-day trial. I remember the salesperson was all set to walk me through the different model choices but I said no thanks, I’ll just take the Pro, please. I’m a satisfied customer, to say the least!

Wow!! I appreciate this so much! I followed your instructions to wind one side around 5 times and the other side only half around the other way, which of course made one rope super long and one super short. For a moment I thought, "This is so lopsided to start! Can this really be right?" But of course as soon as I started using it, it was PERFECT ❤. I'm so happy!! Thanks Mucho!!

Thanks Greatly David. I've been using a skier for over 25 years. I'm on my second one and have never had to replace the cord till recently. This was very helpful. It is actually simple to do, but just complicated enough that without instruction, it would have been easy to screw it up. Nicely done!

Terry Drake the drum on mine doesn't come off. Is there a way to do it without taking it off?
@JoeKerr02196 жыл бұрын
I think you can do it without taking the drum off. Make sure you get the cord completely unwound. The most important piece is rewinding as he does in this video. That was the tricky part, but that is done right on the machine so it should be identical to what David does here. Good luck!

Hello David,Thank you for the instructional video. Your instructions are clear and the quality of the video is very good. Do you have a video on replacing or calibrating the leg tension?

Thank you for this simple and helpful video. I tried to get instructions from the company, and they did not make sense or work as well as this.
