I had one of these in the highschool years (late 80s) and was very familiar with the pro and achiever models. I love the simplicity of the pro and the workouts are intense especially with increased upper body resistance. I scored one of these at a Goodwill during a redtag sale for 17 bucks and change!! Took it home and pull everything apart cleaned it (roller wheels, flywheel etc) and the thing is perfect. Whisper quiet, smooth, and consistent. I added a magnet phone mount and drink holder. No more excuses!

Great video of one of the best workout equipment around. I took the arm workout section completely off the unit and use the bottom part with ski poles. It allows me to be more creative with my exercise routine. I’m considering making a video on what I do with this unit.

I did not think much of these machines at first but I tried a commercial Nordic track skier at a hotel most endurance machines do nothing for me I have to admit I am a bit of a freak of nature. My endurance engine was unbelievable I don’t know if it’s genetics or what I even ran a half marathon and did not even train for it my endurance never gave in it was the muscles needed for the run even my feet were messed up I got second place. I have been known for my endurance good raw talent is waste it all the time I should have honed my endurance. Anyway back to the ski machine it is the only machine that took me to a A certain level I guess it was what they call the runners high this machine gave me an endurance work out and that is hard for someone like me for a machine to work my endurance so fast and so efficiently keep in mind in the past when I Demonstrated my insurance in different athletic endeavors people asked me “what are you made out of” Yeah this machine can extra size my endurance efficiently and fast I do have to put the settings at the highest level

Are u able to adjust 4 softer speed and we're can't find it
