In this episode we set off from The Acle Bridge Inn moorings before crossing back down to the Southern Broads. We start off with a beautiful sunny morning in Acle before making our cruise back across Breydon Water. We then moor up for the evening at St Olaves and enjoy some good food and drink at The Bell Inn. So come join us!

You moored at St Olaves Bridge , not only is the pub there but The Priory is a fantastic restaurant which is on the other side of the road and if they are still there , Llamas are in the field by The Priory ruins, another interesting walk for you both.

Hi Bernadette! Thanks for your informative comment, it's always great to get recommendations of new places to visit that we have not been before. We certainly never knew that there was restaurant nearby. The Priory Ruins are definitely on our list of places to visit. We will certainly give that a look next time we are at St Olaves! Take care

Hi Val! Nice to hear from you again, hope you are both keeping well. We are really pleased to hear that you enjoy watching our Vlogs, so thanks. Very jealous to hear that you are back in 2 weeks time! After this Vlog, we were there at the beginning of September for a week. We are planning on heading back sometime in 2024. Take care!

Was it just the camera angle or was Yarmouth Vauxhall bridge at about 11 foot clearance?

Hello again Baltvdb (would be great to know your name btw!) - thanks again for the message and your support. Yes, you're right! You've clearly got a keen eye - the bridge height at Vauxhall was just under 11 feet clearance when we went through, but the Great Yarmouth Yacht Station team still appeared quite hesitant for us to cross - thankfully loads of room in the end though! Hope you're keeping well!
