What a gentleman Norman is, absolute down to earth bloke, love his respect for Lenny, remember reading one of Lenny McLean books when I was about 15 and couldn’t put book down.

Me and my pals where from Kentish and camden area and went to the palace now and again and knew we had better behave and so did almost everyone else which meant you could relax and have a good night out good doormen are important,Great channel Matt and always a treat to see Norman on here.

Listening to Norman talk about the concerts and the counterfeiters bring back some great memories for me. I had the fortune to do the exact same job for a few years and enjoyed every second of it, met some good people and got paid to watch some fantastic concerts. 9/10 was an easy night but when it went off it really went off. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat

Man, Norman rules. I've seen his in-ring fights and he was a mauling, brawling machine-a tank. Yet in all his interviews, really down to earth; like a cool cat to have a beer with. I don't KNOW him, but I like him.

Unwittingly that was probably one of the best interviews morrally spiritually and physically regarding the BK Fighr scene, hard men, legends ever put on you tube. Read between the lines.

Respect to Norman for keeping it real and paying his respects to what a figure Lenny was, I can only imagine that if Norman says he was intimidating what us normal folk would have been like if we were in the same position. I have read Lenny's book The Guvnor and watched pretty much every bit of video of him and find him an absolute brute of a man. The fight (if you can call it that) between him and Mad Gypsy was crazy and shows what would have happened if you pissed him off on the cobbles. Awesome story and another great video mate.

If you can ever find out anny more on the areer of Anthonny 'Tony' Oliver, it would be greatly appreciated. He is my grandfather and sstood on doors during the 80's and also worked over Smithfield right up until the mid 90's. He knew Lenny McLean, Roy Shaw, he was in the same prison at some point in time as Charles Bronson and Mad Frank.

Always good to see another perspective of people, especially in a good light. You briefly mentioned Malcolm Price, I remember in my flat as a kid my Mam trying to help him as he’d been hit in the head with an axe after an altercation in the Swansea Road Club in Merthyr, early 80’s, what a mess!
