Axes are an economical option to swords, they aren’t as easy to use as spears and aren’t as prestigious as swords. Space marines should almost exclusively have power axes. The energy is concentrated in a single place which makes it safer for the user, space marines primarily hack and chop enemy forces to bits in close combat (either with chain weapons or their combat blades), and it’s probably easier to mass produce power axes than power swords, which have all the engineering issues of a big sword but also the dangers of a lightsaber without the sword techniques available to the user to make them more adaptable. Basically swords have (narratively and culturally) gotten the 1911 treatment (the m1911 ‘won two world wars’ but has only ever been a side arm and it’s more legendary instances of use have been when someone was dual wielding them. It is however very very good at killing cows.)

Paint chemistry is something I've gotten good at. Light colours especially white should be watered down to smooth them, but chances are you're doing it wrong. Use airbrush flow improver or a drop of good old windex. Not only does it it make the paint smoother, it also flows better and will reduce your brush strokes. Thinner plus windex plus some water will make a good wash and starts to get into speed paint territory.

Being bitter towards women is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Breaking that cycle of bitterness is vital to being better for yourself. Because, as Northern said, it's only hurting you. Not just in getting laid but also in making friends or not getting a bad reputation among women. Sometimes you get lucky and meet the right woman who breaks the cycle for you but why rely on luck and chance when you can take action? Edited to add: Glad to hear Northern telling it straight about people like Tate who lead on a lot of young men as to how to get women. Also his approach to getting money is just as bad because his wealth is based on running a human smuggling enterprise. He doesn't know how to make money in a legitimate or normal way.
