The defendant is so full of crap in this case. It's really irritating that the defendant has to name drop at the start of this case as if that's gonna make them look like a trustworthy business, but it really doesn't. I used to own a shipping store in the Bay Area years ago and did quite a bit of shipping for a store that sold Eyewear to famous people. They ended up taking my FedEx account off a receipt and began to ship packages themselves without ever even asking me. I found out 2 months later as I was going through my billing from FedEx all these charges were on my account I had to record of. I finally back tracked and contacted FedEx to ask them for the original invoice that was filled out and I saw their company name as the shipper with my account number. I was so pissed I contacted them that day and cut them off completely from ever doing business with them again. It wasn't the cost of the shipping that pissed me off it was the fact they just stole my account number and didn't even care. Some people are disgusting.

I have chronic sinusitis. I literally sneezed over 100 times once. And then I went into urgent care for steroids, but before I made it to the clinic I went insane! I was completely out of my mind. The biggest take away I get from the court shows I watch is there are always two sides to every case. Especially when a tenant wants his refund after leaving his home in “perfect” condition and can’t get his deposit back. I can’t believe anyone would bring their case to court when we can see on television the messes they leave and what liars the tenants are.

If someone does business with a celebrity we should ceed all judgement to them.

Is he out of his mind!!? did he not see the evidence and emails presented in court that proved the plaintiff tried to do everything he could to have his items shipped!? even agreeing to pay to have the items boxed up which was not the original agreement and the defendants just ignored him! Also nobody cares that they have sold Furniture to Brad Pitt that just makes them look like they're bragging!

Every single time my ex-husband sneezed, it was exactly three times. No exceptions. The day after we got our newborn home from the hospital, she sneezed--three times.
