Crispy Chocolate Crust
130g milk chocolate
100g cookies (10pcs Arnotts shortbread)
30g dried mixed fruit peel
10g coconut oil

150g cream cheese, softened
100g natural or greek yogurt
100g heavy cream
100g mango puree
8g gelatine + 35g cold water
Mango Gelee
80ml mango juice/puree
5g gelatine + 25g cold water
Garnish
60ml whipping/heavy cream
2 pcs ripe mango
