2g bicarbonate soda (baking soda)

1/4 tsp cardamom powder

183 g Sour cream
133 g Whipping cream
83 g powdered sugar
3 g of vanilla extract
3 g grated orange peel or lemon peel
1/3 cup of sour cream filling
