The girl with the killer vocals is Chevel Shepherd. She is an amazing singer, who won the voice and has songs on spotify. That video you were showing was (I believe) when they were doing something for 'hair'.

Oh look at that Luke was already my favourite character but now knowing how much of a goof Charlie is I just love him more (platonically) I personally don’t ship him with Julie mainly because I have a headcannon that his mother and father are Julie’s grandparents she never met because once her mum got into music she was disowned because they didn’t want another Luke incident but WILLEX FOR LIFEEE
