The rules must have changed since I played the game. Both players were continually foot-faulting ie: both feet were outside the service boxes when the ball was hit. 🤔

Wow! What a dramatic final! A pity that Gohar lost her focus in that fifth game, though. Tough to keep it together through all of the events of course.

Very good match. Nice fight. Referee doesnt understand it's squash, not boxing, si no blood on the court is a must. Very rude to Gohar. At the end some strokes conceded to Hammamy are standard yes let. Gohar could not go through. Nice match. Keep up the good work !!

Match should have been stopped with blood on floor - I know it’s not ideal but if the rules are not going to be applied at the top level, what is the point in having the rule - consistency of application is important and anything less makes squash look like an amateur sport - apply the rules properly and the sport will be taken more seriously by the Olympics etc

The first point of the fifth game, Nouran already cheating asking for stroke. Funny. That is not the behaviour of World No. 1. That is a behaviour of a coward. 😅

Gohar wants a cheap win by blocking Hania and also hoping for easy stroke to her favour. Hania is a true and a genuine fighter.
