By mistake I mentioned that the chilli is for the yellow paste where it is actually for the Sambal, my apologies 😊
Served for 4 to 6 people
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken breast include the bone but remove the skin
1,5 litres of chicken stock
2 cups vegetable oil
For the yellow paste:
11 pcs (80 gr) shallots
11 pcs (40 gr) garlic
2 cm (10 gr) turmeric
3 candlenut
1/2 tbsp Corriander seeds
1 tsp white peppercorn
3 cm (17 gr) galangal
2 cm (15 gr) ginger
3 pcs Salam leaves
3 pcs kaffir lime leaves
2 pcs lemongrass
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup of water
For Chili Sambal :
1 pcs garlic
6 pcs Bali hot pepper
1 cup water
2 tbsp chicken soup stock
Condiments:
Rice noodle
Hard-boiled eggs
Shredded cabbage
Fresh tomatoes
Bean sprouts
Celery leaves (seledri)
Spring onions
Fried shallots
Fresh lime fruits
