Happy birthday baby girl. She definitely loves her big brother. Please be careful with the balloons. A little girl was in pre-k and they were celebrating something. She was 5. She was trying to blow up the balloon and accidentally swallowed it. They couldn’t get it out. She hung on for 2 days but unfortunately passed. I was spending a lot of time with my cousin in the icu bc her daughter had open heart surgery. And thank god she fine. It tore me watching this poor family. So I always warn people about ballon’s. Your videos are always inspiring.

It is sad that her parents weren't the ones to be doing this for her, but no matter what the issues are as to why they don't have custody, they clearly wanted to see her on her special day. I find that to be a hopeful and very positive thing. One of her gifts were from them, too. Even if they are never able to have custody of her, they still want to see her, which means that they care about her. It sounds like a little thing, but that could be everything to Bella in the long run. Obviously, Peter knows and understands all of this, which is why he made so much of her on her birthday. Now the parents can see the video of her party at Peter's house, so they can see how well she is doing in their absence.
