The delay on his ult was probably the reason why he has low pick rate

Faramis was what mostly carried me to mythic. A mage i played a lot in mid or support since i didnt have many supports/roamers that i knew how to play (at the time) hes got a special place in my heart

Faramis as a mage, Estes or Diggie as a roam, Fredrinn or Barats as the jungler, Masha as the EXP lane, and Moskov as the gold lane and i don't think anyone would want to deal with such a team, extreme burst, extreme tankiness with matching heals and extreme mobility will end up getting anyone handicapped for sure.

As a Faramis main, having to fight Gloo and Sun always makes me smile 😂

As a data science student, I am so happy with this one. Finally, someone is using and applying statistics in Mobile Legends to enhance hero selection strategies. And can explain it in less than 5 minutes. Protect this channel at all costs.

We play the Faramis Mid-Estes Roam combo up to this day, and I still think that is a toxic lineup for survivability HAHAHA

He has some flaws that are bit to big of a problem, he only has 1 form of cc, and it requires him to be too close to the enemy. He's really ally dependant, you can dmg some enemies, but nothing is really stopping them from attacking you, and since you squishy, most of the time it ends with you dying. His ult has a delay for some reason when it's practically just Diggies ult, but without cc immune, it's not that big, and you get stunned when you get killed in his ult. His ult has a really long cd but it's not really that fair of a trade off because it's a downgraded version of Diggies ult. His second also requires him to be super close. So he's a mage, that builds full magic items alot of the times, that needs to be at kissing distance with the enemies to get something out of his skills. And his ult has a really long cd, that has delay before it activates, that cannot be activated when you're cc'd, and it basically puts you into a winter truncheon when you die in it.

Ngl I played the old faramis and he's so much better back then; bigger ult, his ult doesnt dissappear when he dies and he's good for all out war in midlane honestly i dont even know why they bothered changing it😒

As a faramis main also, this one of the reasons for me to grind for faramis in rank matches just because of the pick rates. I always use the same build for mage or roam role which is; Arcane boots, enchanted talisman, ice queen wand, lightning truncheon, divine glaive and genius wand.

I also would like to include the underrated generally good EXP laner on the series: Gloo. He can deal tons of damage even with just HP items, can easily distract the enemy core damage dealer to the point that the core damage dealer will be slain and he still have good sustain. Unpopular on ranks? Yes, most of the time but compensated with a good win rate. Pro scene? Usually drafted as an "surprise" pick and Flap/Renzio are prime examples of good Gloo players.

Faramis is one of those heroes that are really good, but only if his team cooperates. So it's better on trio/full team queue than on solo/duo.

He has a high skill floor but also high potential ceiling whereas the common mages are in the moderate to high skill floor and similar potential ceiling. For soloqueue with random teammates, that skill floor is further elevated because of the players' differences as well as lack of coordination.

Sanz made this hero fun to watch and imitate like i copy his first then flicker then hook combo but its quite risky since i build him pure damage since 1 shoting enemies using 2nd skill is also satisfying.

For me a hero who is also a rare gem is rafaela for she has a low pick but has a decent winrate for her ability like pokes heals and aoe stun ultimate but the main problem is her passive that needs her to die in order to be used but it rarely makes a difference in battle over all i think she is a great pick for she can counter heros like natailia Aaron and tanks with conceal but the most great thing about her is the fact the she can also remove slow effects so heros like valir lylia and yve are also somewhat counter by rafaela plus if she has magic items like blood wings or ice queen wand then good like with that for she will be really annoying and if she has a full 40% cooldown she will heal you every 5 seconds which is really helpfull for the late game but in the early game is where she is weak for her is one of those heros who eats way to much mana so if you ask me on how to buff rafaela a simple mana reduction on skills and a bit less cooldown in the early game and to balance it just make her heal a bit weaker but over all she is a great support and if you need a build for her i got you Loot boots (avoid cc) Enchanted talisman (mana and cd) Flask of the oais ( better heal) Ice queen wand (slow and pokes) Necklaces of durances (anti heal) Immortality (avoid deaths) Lastly make sure to have favor blessing since she is always played as a roamer and if you the enemy has an anti heal item replace ice queen wand with holy crysta to boots your healing hope this guild helps your rafaela game play :)

I think with the series of nerfs on him, I preferred using him as a sort of counter against tank-setters (Atlas, Tigreal, Gatot, etc.) if Diggie is banned.

As a Vexana hard carrier who got through Legend and Mythic (now in 42 stars) with just this hero (save for some bans) I agree that a knowledgeable Faramis user is a formidable opponent (and a trusty companion)

As a person who just started to main faramis this season. He counters fanny so well since she has to dive into you to kill. Just skill 1 and yank her when she tries running

I miss the faramis before revamp tbh, the extra life bar he gives is just a nerf compared to the immortality he gave That and his skill had higher scaling before and faster passive which made him viable in exp

I think the reason Faramis is often overshadowed in the midlane is because solo queue does not favor utility mages until you reach higher ranks. The difference being that although Novaria and Vexana can be classified as utility, they are NOT that aggressive compared to Faramis. It’s the same case with Valentina

Can you give some tips and tricks to how to play Faramis? Hes so hard to play (for me) and I dont know how his passive stack I just spam his second skill to minions to gain stacks.

It's a problem on solo ques when your teammates use you as a literal meat shield or down right abandon you again n again it's a trauma with communication with dumb solo que teammates

Faramis is just a perfect mixup of a poke/burst with a utility/survivability and control mage. Making him perfect for both solo queue and 5-man. However, due to recent changes of items especially in mage items. His ult effect could just easily be burst down by a lot of burst mages (including my main Odette hehe), putting his whole team in a real danger when it pops out in their wrong positions. So yeah, he is really not that popular in high ranks anymore even in Mythical Immortal. Unless matched with a good team composition or in a team party.

From what i’ve observed, faramis is definitely better when in a 5 man group. Teamwork is his biggest asset and downfall. So it’s understandable why he’d be a lower pick rate when considering matchmaking.

I spam faramis on rank game usually they will automatically ban diggie soo they could use a cc hero faramis ultimate really turns the tides and his pulling can be use to perfectly set for you team tanks makes him really annoying he still got some damage especially on late game with full stacks

blindly accepting pure statistics can also be dangerous. For example, heroes with low pick rate tend to have elevated win rates due to the fact that most who pick them are mains/one tricks/gods, and hence their win rates do not 100% represent how strong they are in the current meta

Faramis died the moment they nerf the number of bounce his skill 2 does. I use to love playing midlane faramis specially when they did changes on four minions in midlane.… its also a huge skill to learn how to time his ult.

The reason why they have a high winrate isn't because they're the best heroes, it's because the players that main them play them so much to the point where they got good at them where they're winning games. High pick rate heroes that require skill usually are on negative win rate (below 50%) since there'll be lots that play them but not as good as the other people that do therefore failing to maximize the hero's potential, causing a possible lose. TL;DR : Win rate doesn't mean that the hero is the best of the best, it's just that with low pick rate heroes w/ high winrate, no one plays them, and that the people that do are so good at them that they always win. Hope this clears misunderstanding!

Famis skill are more of a roamer than being mid lane thats why it struggle in solo q.if its skill befited more with tank built not only it would dominate Sqaud but also solo q.

Faramis is good and i really like having him but dont pick him if you have a tank and a tank jungler because you will be lacking damage as a mid laner. Also often times ur skill 2 needs u to come awfully closer than other mages need to. Other than that, good Luck with faramis!

I dont get it. When enemy uses faramis ,they survive and counter attack But when in our team ,faramis ult shield dissappears so fast. Team dies even after faramis ult.

The only reason why Faramis fall is because of the delay and CD of the ult because he is mostly use as a utility support Second...long Range heros can make him miserable because he us Sooo...melee .. and the ult nerf... is probably the downfall but I still use him
