im from fiji and we eat a lot of the same ingredients, this really helped me alot more than the western nutrition videos telling me to eat stuff i couldnt find easily in my country.

Very good diet and supplement line up, I train twice a day as well and never thought to eat just fruits and veggies for lunch but I want to try and see if it works for me. Now we would like to see what you eat on your junk food days! All respect Champ💪

Don't think I would be able to do this in the long run. Will try to introduce some of it, but with a full-time job, part-time uni course, 5x training every week and - gaming (obviously) sessions this is too radical. I can't do without occasional pizza, chocolate or Haribo laces! Very impressive Superbon 🙏🙏🇹🇭 I'm planning to train at yours gym next year for a week 💪

Yeah I have my Muay Thai training booklet shows me how to use the knees of the elbows how to that headlock when you grab around the neck your roundhouse kicks and then make various goes into the blocking and how we slip punches and various the guy that I'm training with is the eight time world champion PK fighter from 1980 this training manual so he's really good at Muay Thai

Then around 5:00 to 7:00 you have your next third meal after you rest after your hour workout of getting punched and kicked that's what you have your protein so you can repair the busted up muscles from getting hit and kicked for an hour and then it's rest time so you can recuperate from your workout and get the full advantage of recovery which is just as important as the workout itself and then nutrition which is just as important as the workout or the recovery
