I'm 6' and weigh 250 lbs. If I ate three meals like that before a workout and 3 more meals after I would weigh 300 lbs in 4 months. I'm serious. Two rice meals with tuna or chicken is all I can handle. Breakfast is a 3 egg omelet with cheddar and mushrooms and sometimes I add one measly piece of rye toast with peanut butter. I have a tossed salad with my rice and protein at dinner time. If the hunger drives me crazy I choke down some cottage cheese. 1500 to 1800 calories a day tops and I still need to lose 30 lbs. I'm down from 287 and it's taken me 3 years to get here. HELP. I have the slowest metabolism in the world. I even age slow. I'm 68 and look your age but not as lean. 19 3/4 biceps and 53 chest.

I would really appreciate a full day of eating where you show all of your meals and how you time them. Please show us a typical and average day when you don’t eat out. How much time inbetween meals, how do you prepare your meals, how much of each ingredient, breakfast, pre and post workout, how much fat you eat, what sources and how you distribute your meals throughout the day. thank you very much. You are a big inspiration

I've undergone 26 various joint surgeries, including a back fusion and both hips replaced. I've done 10 amateur body competitions and have been a martial artist for 46 years. I'm presently 60 and still pushing. Thanks for the inspiration Jay! God bless!☝️

Jay, great motivation. I appreciate your honesty and dedication to the mental aspects of physical health. Going on 62 I still work out as hard today as I did when I was younger. Most of the young people in the gym can't believe my age and how hard I lift. One thing that I have not heard you talk much about was training after your injury. I recently had some surgery on a nerve in my hand and elbow that has caused me to alter my training. I would like you to discuss this and help motivate others with your positive mindset, and offer suggestions for people with physical challenges to help them alter their workouts and stay on track. Great job.

I like the diet advice you gave about the carbs and I agree that nutrition is the key. I am on a slow cut and I also increase the carbs slightly on the training days.

Las Vegas is awesome … spent 17 years in Phoenix would always travel to Vegas … I ended up in Colorado but still long to move back out southwest to Vegas would be my choice now… enjoying your videos..

the numbers are bending my brain here. You are 5ft9 and weighing 239 now and looking MASSIVE! I am 6ft1 and cut down to about 215 now and I look like a stick! wtf Appreciate your talking about carbs and about how to cut and what to do if you still have high output. I am on the same journey and path as you now so every day I am looking for your content and using it to keep on track, keep on plan and keep motivated! Thank you for all of that. I would love to see you talk a bit about your supplements, why you use them, what times of day you use them, how often you use them as well. Something to the means of this is the stack I am taking now, and also what is essential daily, considering both on and off season...

While Jay was competing and winning Mr. Olympias, he was asked what he ate in a day. My memory is failing me. So this may be a little wrong, but I remember him saying something like, ‘chicken, beef, broccoli…..and 5 pounds of fish.’ The one thing he mentioned that I know is correct is “and 5 pounds of fish.” This I never forgot. These guys are on a completely different level.
