Have had ours for 2 months. It took a while to figure it out, but now that we have, we use this and not our oven. Easy and convenient.

Weve had ours and just love it. We rarely use the big oven. Its definitely replaced the little air fryer.

Once you get familiar with the controls (which is very easy ), you will not know how you live without this beautiful Oven, Toaster Air-Fryer. I am delighted with mine, where I prepare all kinds of food.

Lol, looking at stupid reviews, I just upgraded mine. This and the ninja are same, This is a must in the kitchen. If I was renting or in dorm, I would choose this over a microwave oven. Try to get one that goes to 500 degrees if you like medium rare steak. If yours cuts off won't heat, don't write dumb reviews because shit happens and you may have been unlucky and got a 1 in 1000 defect. Return it, because I have had other brands, ninja and Nuwave have out performed and outlasted all others by far. The thermostat is awesome for even large casseroles

Only downside is that I wish the smaller non-XL model supported the temperature probe.

I got one for Christmas, and I'm worried about the surface it will be sitting on. Does it get hot enough to burn a plain old, laminated counter top? I was going to put it on top of a BOOS wooden cutting block but wasn't sure whether it could burn the wood. Any thoughts would be appreciated before I actually use it. UPDATE: First of all, I didn't realize that I had so many replies! What I ended up doing was getting a silicone mat to lay on top of my Boos cutting board. It's been working perfectly :)

I saw a review saying the oven gets very hot all around including the bottom so I'm concerned about my cabinets & counter top. They also said keep kids away. I don't have kids but others would like to know if thats an issue. Please comment on this issue!

The NuWave Bravo is made to use on top of countertops! If you're concerned about your countertop simply buy a baking sheet pan to place oven on it. **FYI - Damage to formica / laminate will occur at 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Solid surface (Corian) countertops will sustain some damage with exposure to a heat source in excess of 160 degrees Celsius (320 degrees Fahrenheit). Quartz countertops able to withstand up to 360 degrees Celsius (680 degrees Fahrenheit) without sustaining damage. Granite countertops can handle up to 600 degrees Celsius (1112 degrees Fahrenheit)**

Trust me, it needs to be able to breath where vents are but other than sitting stuff on top of it it will be fine on most all kitchen surfaces

I'm having a problem with mine. I have the same oven. When I put the on/off button on, it comes up with hours and min. We are reading the book and it doesn't do what it is suppose to do. Could you tell me what we are doing wrong. I've unplugged and replugged in and still comes up with the hours and min. Not the350 like yours shows. Any help would be appreciated. I have a Emeril air fryer and wanted a larger one. His is much easier to learn.

It is the worst oven I have ever used! Will not stay on after preheat. Took over 2 hours to heat up a frozen pizza!

I will never ever, ever buy a product from bravo again!! This so-called nuwave toaster xl oven does not work well on the timer; it turns off before the was set to turn off!! If I set the timer for 30 minutes, it turns off in 5 minutes!! This is the most worthless appliance that I've ever encountered!! Pure junk, pure junk!! What a waste of money, waste!!

This just happened to me! I had to throw away some salmon burgers and come up with a Plan B for dinner. Did you ever fix it?
