the effected part of the commercial real estate is only 5% of the total commercial real estate and on top the whole commercial real estate is only 5% of the total real estate market. So 5% of 5% (or 0.25%) is being affected. Wow!🤣

Federal Reserve should be the Depositor of Last Resort. They should deposit equal amount to the deposit withdrawn by customers during a bank run.

Small banks like NYCB hold a lot of commercial real estate loans. Commercial real estate is doing poorly because everyone's working from home.

While other sectors like AI and EVs surging in Feb. FSR.. 7 % Gains Tues...Fisker. New Ocean Suv Evs deliveries up 300 % in 2023. SOUN.. SoundHound up 3 % Tues... Palantir rising 30 %.
