Getting rid of that green tint in the cluster of my OBS ford. I chose to use blue Led bulbs. But any color could be used after you remove the green tint.

You should show the lights at night? The dash lights still look green to me and the pillar and small pod lights in the 3 guages all look different. Were you trying to match them all to the same color?

Nice video! I have a 95 F150 that I'm about to start a build on this year. I noticed your screen/tablet. Can you give me some info on that setup? Like where you got the housing from or did you build it? That's a beautiful interior man, very nice.

They also sell the colored gauge paint to make your cluster more custom if you google that instead of sharpies

Wouldn't using blue LEDs shine through the green tint as cyan? I could live with that color.

Any issues with the needle calibration and did you remove them when it was still in truck and on or when the cluster was removed?

I marked everything before disassembly. But even with doing so it took a few tries to get my tach needle back on right. Not too big of a deal

Would nail polish remover be a way to remove the tint?

Green is used for a reason. Why do you think pilot cockpit displays are in green

The led bulbs? Search “auxito blue t10 led” on eBay.

So did you do anything to make the needles blue, or is that a result of adding the blue lights? I was looking into doing this with white gauges and blue needles like my newer ford work truck

No needle work. They’re white, and the backlight affects them

The ring around the middle, by where the needles go I think if you color that it’ll color the gauge that
