OCD vs OCPD Malayalam, What is the difference between OCD and OCPD | OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE DISORDER | OBSESSIVE COMPULSIVE PERSONALITY DISORDER
OCPD is a personality disorder it is a cluster c disorder, in this, a person will have extreme perfectionism, always follow rules and regulations, won't adjust with others easily, won't spend money.
OCD is an anxiety disorder, in OCD mainly there are both obsessions and compulsions, obsession means recurrent thoughts and compulsion is the action to reduce the stress caused by the obsessive thoughts
in OCD people may feel like they or surrounding is not clean so they may wash or clean many times
or they may check the doors whether it is locked or not because of the obsessive thoughts that they are not safe.
they do certain rituals daily, blasphemous thoughts, a disorder caused anxiety are other symptoms of OCD
major difference are the types
OCD is an anxiety disorder and OCPD is a personality disorder
OCD person will have a guilty feeling
in OCPD they won't have any guilt feeling but they believe that whatever they are doing is right
The person with OCPD won't have insight
in OCD person definitely have insight
treatment for OCD and OCPD are psychotherapy and medications like antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications are given to OCD patients
when to take treatment, if OCD and OCPD affect daily life one should take treatment

ഏറ്റവും താല്പര്യം ഉള്ള കാര്യങ്ങൾ പോലും ചെയ്യാൻ മടി, ക്ഷീണം, ആത്മവിശ്വാസം ഇല്ലായ്മ അങ്ങനെ പറഞ്ഞാ തീരാത്ത എന്തെല്ലാം ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ. ഈ കമന്റ് ഇടുമ്പോൾ പോലും ഞാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട്കൾ അനുഭവിച്ചു കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു.

ഞാനൊരു ഓ സി ഡി പേഷ്യന്റ് ആയിരുന്നു. പിന്നീട് ഇസ്ലാം പഠിച്ചപ്പോഴാണ് ഇത് ഒരു പൈശാചിക മായ കാര്യമാണെന്ന് മനസ്സിലായത്. പിന്നീട് അതിൽ നിന്ന് പുറത്തു കടക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചു. Ocpd ഉള്ള ആളുകളുമായി ഇന്ററാക്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.. വളരെ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ് അവരോടൊപ്പം നിലനിന്നു പോകാൻ
